Updating System Settings

⚙️ Customise Clevero's configurations to specific instances and requirements.

Upon registration within the Clevero system, an "instance" is provided to you. This instance holds the special settings and details associated with your account.

  1. Go to "Settings" and proceed to "System Settings.
  2. Select the "Instance Settings" menu.
  3. In the "Primary Information" section, you can set basic details for your company/organisation, including its name, contact information, website, and ABN/ACN.

ABN stands for Australian Business Number, and ACN stands for Australian Company Number. These are identification numbers to uniquely identify businesses and companies.

  1. The "Brand and Style" section contains company logo, color for the system.
  2. The "Address" section contains location details of your company/organisation.
  3. Within "Default Settings", you can set universal configurations such as timezone, currency, height, and weight.
  4. The Other section includes the Default Welcome Email Template, which is used to send a welcome email to new system users. You can also select the associated Xero Organisation that works with Clevero to support financial management and processes.

  1. The "E-Signature Settings" let you set up how electronic signatures work, including:
    1. E-Signature heading: You can make the title of your e-signature match your business.
    2. Electronic signature disclosure: This is like a note telling you that your digital signature is just as serious as your real one. It makes sure you know what you're signing and that it's safe.
    3. Privacy policy URL: It's a link to the rules about how a website or app uses your personal info.
  2. To apply the changes, click the Save button.
