How to Add Subtotal on Kanban Layout

Subtotal information for each category could be useful in a Kanban layout. You can configure subtotal information for a specified column and how it is aggregated (sum or average).

1. On a page that uses the Kanban layout, click Views.
2. In the Manage Layouts menu, scroll down and find the SUBTOTALS section.
3. Fill in the information for the desired subtotal, such as field, title, operator, prefix, and suffix (if needed). In this example, we'll use the Net Total field, Sum operator, and $ prefix, then name it as Net Subtotal.
4. Click Save.
5. You can see that the Kanban board now have Net Subtotal information that sums up the Net Total value.
