Activating and Deactivating User

1. Deactivating User
When a user needs to be temporarily inactive, follow these steps:
- Click "Settings" and proceed to "System Settings".
- Choose the "Manage Users" option.
- You'll see a list of all active users. Choose the user you want to deactivate.
- Click on the Edit button.
- Change the user's status to "Inactive".
- Click "Save" to confirm the change. The user will not appear on the active user list again.
2. Activating User
If you want to reactivate a previously inactive user, follow these simple steps:
- Switch the user list view to display "Inactive" users. Then, select the user you want to reactivate.
- Click on the "Edit" button
- Change the user's status to "Active".
- Click "Save" to confirm the change.
