FAQs
Do I need a CRM?
A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system helps you keep all your customer and lead interactions in one place. It keeps your team on the same page, improves follow-ups, and helps you build predictable growth. If you’re handling more than a few leads or clients, a CRM will make managing them much easier.
How is Clevero’s CRM different from other tools?
Clevero’s CRM is part of a connected business platform, not a separate product. Your customer data, sales, and communication records work seamlessly with other Clevero modules like Projects, Billing, and Automation. Unlike other CRMs that need extra integrations, Clevero gives you everything in one system, so your data always stays in sync and up to date.
What’s the difference between an Enquiry, a Lead, and an Opportunity?
- Enquiry: The first contact. For example, a website form submission or a call from someone interested.
- Lead: A potential customer who matches your target audience.
- Opportunity: A qualified deal that you’re actively working on. Each stage helps you track how interest turns into confirmed business.
Can I customise the fields and stages in my CRM?
Yes. You can customise fields, pipeline stages, and record types to match your sales process and terminology. You can also add extra fields for details unique to your business.
How do Activities work?
Activities track every interaction, calls, meetings, emails, and notes, and link them to the right contacts, organisations, or opportunities. This gives your team a complete history of each relationship.
Can I import my existing contacts or sales data?
Yes. You can easily import data from a CSV file or connect Clevero with other tools to sync your existing records.
Is the CRM suitable for non-sales teams?
Definitely. Many teams use it for managing partners, onboarding, account management, or internal relationships.
Can I track metrics like conversion rate or deal value?
Yes. The CRM includes built-in dashboards and reports to help you monitor pipeline value, win rate, and deal progress.
What happens when a quote is marked as “won”?
When a quote is marked as “won,” the system updates the Opportunity, creates a Sale, and notifies the right people automatically. If you’re using other Clevero modules, it can also generate Projects and Invoices for you.
