You can also follow the same steps using the written guide below.

- Select "Manage Portals" from the available options.
- Click "Add Portal" to create a new one. There are two types of portals available: Standard & Custom portals.
Option 1: Standard Portal
A Standard Portal in Clevero is a pre-configured type of portal with predefined settings and functionalities. The Standard Portal offers simplicity and ease of setup for users who don't need extensive customisation.
Fill in the fields provided based on your requirements:
- Details
In this section, you provide general information about the portal, such as its name, unique identifier, and icon.
Info:Please note that you can't create more than 1 portal with the same identifier.
- Datascope Record Setup
This section determines the data scope record of the portal. The data scope refers to the specific entity (e.g., supplier, customer, client) associated with a portal. It defines the entries within the Data Domain that a user can access.
- Filtered Data
Scoped records are entries filtered by the data scope when accessed by portal users.
- Global Data
Specify records that should be displayed without filtering. All entries in these records will be visible to portal users, regardless of their data scope.
- User Details
Determines the contact record of the portal. Contact records provide access to information like the portal users' first name, last name, and email.
Option 2: Custom Portal
A Custom Portal in Clevero offers advanced customisation options, making it suitable for complex use cases and specific requirements. Unlike the Standard Portal, the Custom Portal allows you to tailor the portal functionalities to meet unique business needs.
There are two options for creating a custom portal:
