Exporting Data
📤 Want to export the data you see? Seek no further.
This guide explains how to export your data so you can back it up, analyse it, integrate it with other systems, or share it with others.

1. Benefits
Exporting data allows you to:
- Analyse and manipulate data outside of the platform.
- Share data with stakeholders who may not have access to the system.
- Create backups to help keep your data safe and accessible.
- Generate reports, charts, and visualisations for presentations or documentation.
2. How to Export Data?
Watch the guided demo below to learn how to export data.
You can also follow the same steps using the written guide below.
NoteThe exported CSV file is based on the current list view. This means only the records displayed in the list view at the time of export will be included. Any filters, search criteria, or sorting that you have applied will also be reflected in the exported file.
If you need help customising the list view before exporting, see Manage a List View page.
- Go to the specific record wish to export.
- Click on the download button.
- From the menu, select the "Export as CSV" option.
- A CSV file containing a copy of the information will be downloaded.
If you want to export filtered data, here's what you need to do:
- Apply the desired filters to narrow down the data according to your criteria. For example, you filter a Jobs record by its organisation.
- Once the data is filtered, follow the steps mentioned in Section 2: How to Export Data? to export the filtered data as a CSV file.
Note:The exported CSV file can also be used when importing data back into the system.
