🚀 Elevate Your Data Experience with Entry Layouts!

Entry Layouts provide an alternative method for structuring and handling records, distinct from traditional forms. This guide will explore the what, why, and how of using Entry Layouts for data collection and display.

What are Entry Layouts?

An Entry Layout in Clevero is a customised view of a record (“entry”) that allows you to organise and display fields in any order based on the user’s role. This means each team member sees the information most relevant to them.

Entry Layouts can include grouped sections, association tables, sub-record tables, related entries, headers, workflow buttons, audit trails, and communication logs such as emails or notes. They give you complete control over how information is presented.

How to Create an Entry Layouts?

Creating an Entry Layouts involves creating a new record layout and linking it to the existing record. This process allows you to define the structure and design of the layout specific to the entry you are working with.
